• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required to complete your return.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective product).

3. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us before returning it.

4. Return Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
